#010: How To Find Mobile Home Park Leads on Zillow
Another great resource for finding off-market real estate leads is Zillow. In this video, we show you how to use Zillow to find for-sale-by-owner mobile home parks. We prefer to buy direct-to-seller real estate deals (mobile home parks), but there are only so many fsbo mobile home park listings available on the marketplace. It’s going to take some manual work on your end to CREATE off-market mobile home park leads by strategically using Zillow to contact mobile home park owners, without them even listing their mobile home park for sale.
In this video, we show you how to find off-market mobile home park leads by contacting owners on Zillow. This can be done by searching the “for rent” and “for sale” by owner section, selecting the “manufactured homes” filter, and then reaching out to the owner of the listing.
50% of the time, this will get you in direct contact with the owner of the mobile home park (other times it may just be a management company or leasing service). Now, you can jump into discussions around making an offer directly to the seller of the property!
